WHY IPSC STEEL TARGETS?
The Back Story
Metal targets are a staple of IPSC shooting, but there is more to them than meets the eye. When the steel targets at our home range became so dimpled that they created regular backsplatter, they clearly weren't up to standard. But what is the standard? We know the size and shape, but what hardness and thickness are appropriate? How do you build them without the bases creating ricochet hazards? So we got busy. Designing, prototyping, and testing.

Our innovative magnetic design on timber frames solves all those problems. Lighter target stands, and ricochet mitigation means less manual handling risk, less back splatter or ricochet, less maintenance, and lower cost.

Our desire to offer a safe, fun, and rewarding IPSC shooting experience is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that in the 21st century, you should be able to buy high-quality and affordable gear—anytime, anywhere. Our experts work tirelessly to find innovative solutions for every need, so have a look at our site and contact us with questions or suggestions.

We are IPSC shooters, first and foremost. This website exists because our club needed to replace some steel targets. Unable to find suitable alternatives that were simple, cost-effective, in stock, and awesome, we decided somebody should do something. So we did. We started from first principles, looking at what the targets had to do rather than what the current designs and thinking told us we needed.

As a result, we came up with our no-weld designs with simple magnetic attachments and wooden stands that anyone can build. We think you will like them. And if you have an idea or a question, let us know. Perhaps we can help.
